The new town hall is proposed as a distinctive and non-neutral architectural mark in the urban fabric of the city. An architecture that in contemporary language of materials, plant engineering strategies, and functional readability sets the foundation for a fair representation of one’s "civil" role. In other words, this representation distinguishes the function of public service and identification for the community of current and future citizens .
