The renovation of a parochial building dear to the local community suggests the diversification of the oratory and activities of the Orsiera Rocciavrè Park. The new building is a source of energy that guarantees the needs of the original volume, drawing from renewable sources greater means than its operation resulting in what the Anglo-Saxon literature calls "energy dome".
